Daraz launches 5.5 Eid Sale

Campaign to run until May 26 with discounts and giveaways

Daraz Bangladesh has launched its 5.5 Eid Sale, offering discounts, giveaways and promotional offers ahead of Eid-ul-Azha.

The campaign began at 8:00pm on May 4 and will continue until May 26, according to a press release.

Daraz said the campaign features discounts of up to 80 percent on selected products through flash sales and mega deals, along with additional offers and free delivery on selected items.

The campaign includes giveaway programmes, including a cow and goat giveaway linked to purchase and order criteria.

An additional promotional activity titled “Add to Cart and Win” run until the start of the campaign.

Daraz said it has also introduced time-bound offers under “Brand Rush Hour” and category-based deals throughout the campaign period.

The company said customers will be able to shop across categories including electronics, fashion, home appliances and consumer goods.

Payment partners including bKash and Nagad offer discounts and cashback, while several banks are providing card-based offers and installment facilities.

Daraz said the campaign is supported by partners including Dettol, Unilever Bangladesh Limited, Himalaya, Haier Bangladesh, Parachute Naturale, Savlon, Marks, Godrej and Minister.

The company said customers can access the offers through its app and website.
