Omera LPG honours retailers after nationwide campaign

Omera LPG concluded its nationwide retailer engagement campaign with a grand awards ceremony in Dhaka, recognising top-performing retailers from across the country.

The campaign, titled "ওমেরার রঙে দোকান সাজাই, বিজয়ীর বেশে বিদেশ যাই," was launched in January 2026 to encourage retailers to decorate their outlets using Omera LPG branding materials and LPG cylinders. Originally scheduled to run for three months, it was extended until April following strong participation, according to a press release.

According to the company, more than 3,500 retailers from all 64 districts took part in the campaign.

The Retailer Grand Winners' Night honoured the top 10 national winners as well as the best retailer from each district.

The national champion was MS Raisha Trading of Jamalpur, owned by Ariful Islam Rasel. Arif Sound & Lighting of Moulvibazar, owned by Md. Ariful Islam, secured the first runner-up position, while Tofazzal Diner Aroth of Habiganj, owned by Md. Rubel, was named second runner-up.

The champion received an overseas tour package for two, while the first runner-up won a motorcycle. Other winners received overseas travel packages, family holiday packages, air conditioners, deep freezers, home appliances and gift hampers.

The event was attended by Omera LPG Chief Executive Officer Tanzeem Chowdhury, Chief Operating Officer Matheendra De Zoysa, Chief Financial Officer Atiar Rahman, heads of departments, business partners and members of the company's nationwide sales team.

According to the organisers, the campaign was designed to strengthen retailer engagement and enhance the brand's visibility across Bangladesh.
