Samsung attends Digital Device & Innovation Expo 2026 as platinum sponsor

Samsung, participating as the Platinum Sponsor, is among several major global brands featured at the four-day Digital Device & Innovation Expo (DDIE) 2026, inaugurated by the chief adviser under the theme “Taking Bangladesh to the World,” says a press release.

The tech giant drew strong interest from visitors and technology enthusiasts on the opening day, offering exclusive discounts of up to Tk 70,000 on selected devices. Samsung’s booth showcased its latest smartphones and tablets, alongside B2B-focused rugged devices and solutions such as KNOX Guard, giving attendees hands-on access to new technologies and promotional offers.

“The Digital Device & Innovation Expo is a powerful platform to showcase how technology can shape the future of Bangladesh. It added that Samsung’s participation reaffirmed its commitment to being Bangladesh’s long-term partner in its journey to make a mark on the global technology landscape.

Organised jointly by the ICT Division, Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority and Bangladesh Computer Society, DDIE 2026 is expected to attract around 300,000 visitors over three days. The expo features more than 130 pavilions and stalls across thematic zones including innovation, digital lifestyle, local manufacturing, international brands, mega sales, seminars and B2B matchmaking.

More than 100 local and international ICT companies, startups, universities and government organisations are taking part, showcasing advancements in digital devices, smart solutions, manufacturing capabilities and emerging technologies.

The event has brought together policymakers, industry leaders, innovators and global technology brands, highlighting Bangladesh’s growing potential in the ICT sector. The Digital Device & Innovation Expo 2026 will continue until 31 January, offering visitors hands-on experiences, knowledge-sharing sessions and exclusive technology deals.
