Tipsoi unveils new brand identity as it expands international operations

Tipsoi, an AI-powered workforce management platform developed by Inovace Technologies, has unveiled a new brand identity as the company seeks to support its international expansion.

The company said its Bangladeshi-built technology is now used in 11 countries, including Bangladesh, the United Arab Emirates, Mauritius, Malaysia, Turkey and Pakistan. Tipsoi said the rebrand reflected the growth of its platform, which combines workforce management software with biometric and access control hardware.

The new identity includes a bilingual Bangla and English logo, along with updated visual and verbal branding intended to create a more consistent presence across its software, hardware, website, mobile applications and customer communications.

Tipsoi said it currently serves more than 1,200 organisations and has more than 238,000 active users. The company said it has deployed more than 10,000 devices across sectors including airports, banks, educational institutions, factories, healthcare providers, non-governmental organisations and enterprises.

Founded by a team of engineers from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Tipsoi has been expanding its presence across the Middle East, Europe and Asia, according to the company.

The rebrand follows what the company described as a period of strong growth. Tipsoi said its business nearly tripled in 2025 compared with the previous year and that it is targeting similar growth in 2026. It did not disclose revenue figures.

The company said its growth has been supported by investors and accelerators including Accelerating Asia and Orbit Ventures. Tipsoi said it would continue to invest in AI and intelligent hardware as it seeks to build workforce technology for international markets.
