3 pro-AL councillors of CCC elected panel mayors

Three pro-Awami League (AL) councillors of Chittagong City Corporation (CCC) have been elected the panel mayors yesterday.

They are Chowdhury Hasan Mahmud Hasnee (ward-20), Zobaira Nargis Khan (reserved seat-2) and Nisar Uddin Ahmed (ward-10).

Of them, Hasnee became panel mayor-1 with 39 votes, Zobaira panel mayor-2 with 31 votes and Ahmed panel mayor-3 with 30 votes in the election held at CCC auditorium.

CCC Mayor AJM Nasir Uddin announced the results.
