CDA inspects three tilted buildings

A five-member technical committee of Chittagong Development Authority (CDA) yesterday afternoon inspected three buildings out of nine that tilted more or less during Wednesday's earthquake, in the port city.

The committee, headed by former Vice-Chancellor of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology Prof Jahangir Alam will give a final report mentioning whether those buildings are repairable, said CDA sources.
