Commuters asked to lodge complaints against extra fare

Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) has asked all to lodge their complaints about additional fare in public transport in Dhaka metropolitan area.

Any complaint regarding extra fare in bus, minibus or CNG-run auto-rickshaw can be filed with BRTA after calling 9113133, 58154701, 9115544 and 9007574 during office hours or visiting http://brta.gov.bd/ through mentioning name, address, mobile number and registration number of the vehicle concerned.

The commuters can also know about fares of buses and minibuses from the website.
