Ctg civil society for withdrawal of CCC's school fee hike decision

Thirty two persons of different professions yesterday in a statement demanded withdrawal of Chittagong City Corporation's (CCC) decision to reduce subsidy for schools under its authority and to hike their tuition fees from next month.

Freedom fighter and Liberation War researcher Mahfuzur Rahman, former professor of Chittagong University's fine arts faculty Abul Mansur, journalist AKM Raisul Huq Bahar and lawyer Salahuddin Haider Siddiqi were among the signatories.
