Death anniversary

Today is the 16th death anniversary of Hasna Hena Qadir, one of the founding members of Ekattorer Ghatak Dalal Nirmul Committee.

A milad mahfil will be held and food will be distributed among the poor in the capital. She was the wife of Lt Col M Abdul Qadir, who was martyred during the Liberation War, and mother of journalist Nadeem Qadir, said a press release.
