Discussion on freedom of expression held in capital

ARTICLE 19 organised a discussion titled "Freedom of Expression and Incitement: Drawing the Line" at BRAC Centre Inn yesterday.
Tahmina Rahman, director of ARTICLE 19, Bangladesh and South Asia; read out the keynote paper. Prof Ajoy Roy, Muhammad Zamir, Prof Amena Mohsin, Advocate Rana Dasgupta, Barrister Manzoor Hasan and Mika Kanervavuori of Office of the UN Resident were present among others.
