Follow ideals of Bangabandhu

Academics yesterday urged youths to follow the ideals of Bangabandhu for building a prosperous "Sonar Bangla"

They made the call at an event, organised to celebrate the birth centenary of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children's Day-2020 at Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur.

The university chalked out various programmes including placing wreaths at the mural of Bangabandhu, planting tree saplings and offering special prayers.

The university's vice-chancellor inaugurated the event as chief guest.
