HeLO, Bata join forces to fight Covid-19

Healthy Heart Happy Life Organization (HeLO) and Bata Shoe Company   Bangladesh   have   teamed   up   to tackle the coronavirus situation, said a press release.

On Sunday, HeLO received a delivery of PPE, face-masks, gloves and sanitiser from Bata.

On behalf   of   HeLO,   chief   patron   Dr   Mohsin   Ahmed and general secretary Dr Asifur Rahman were present on the occasion alongside Bata general managers Jalil Ahmed Chowdhury and Malik Mehedi Kabir.

The supplies would be distributed among doctors and health workers of Bangladesh Railway Hospital at Kamalapur on Monday, said Associate Professor Dr Mohsin Ahmed  of  National   Institute  of Cardiovascular Diseases.

Besides, an initiative has been taken to provide medical assistance to those at home via WhatsApp (01867090929).
