Indian Army Chief Gen Dalbir Singh arrives today

Indian Army chief General Dalbir Singh arrives in the country today to attend as chief guest the passing out parade of Bangladesh Military Academy to be held tomorrow.

He is scheduled to pay a two-day visit to the county at the invitation of the Chief of Army Staff of Bangladesh Army General IK Bhuiyan.

During his visit, General Dalbir Singh will review the passing out parade of BMA in Chittagong and attend other meetings.

Singh's visit is a part of high level exchanges between the Armed Forces of India and Bangladesh which are aimed at strengthening friendship and cooperation between them.
