Kidnapped boy rescued in N’ganj

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab-11) yesterday rescued a kidnapped madrasa student in Bandar upazila of Narayanganj.

Alauddin, 13, is a student of Ramshree Syed Riazur Rahman Hafizia Madrasa of Chunarughat, Habiganj. He was kidnapped from the madrasa on Monday.

Rab also arrested a suspected member of the kidnapping gang -- one Kamal Mia, 35, hailing from Rajonpur in ​​Sylhet.

Rab-11 in a statement said a case was filed with Chunarughat Police Station.
