India has once again announced that Bangladeshi visa seekers will not have to make an appointment online for applying for visa except in the case of tourist visas.
According to a press release of the Indian high commission, applications will be accepted in all categories of visas, except tourists, on a "walk-in-basis" without an appointment date at the Indian Visa Application Centres in Rajshahi, Chittagong, Khulna and Gulshan, Dhanmondi and Motijheel of the capital.
However, submission of applications is subject to existing capacity of the centres.
To avail the facility, applicants are required to deposit their applications at the appropriate centre within four days of the "Web Registration Date", which is the date of completing the application form online.
