Noorjahan Dilawar no more

Noorjahan Dilawar, a freedom fighter and former professor of Cadet College, died of cardiac failure at Dhaka CMH on Tuesday, says a press release.

Wife of late Lt Col Mohammad Dilawar Hossain Birpratik, Noorjahan left behind three daughters, three sons-in-law and four grandchildren.

She was buried with state honour at Mirpur Martyred Intellectuals’ Graveyard yesterday.
