Obituary

Mozahar Hossain Dulal, Magura union parishad chairman in Nilphamari, died due to cardiac arrest in Rangpur medical college Hospital yesterday. He was 68.

He was the elder brother of Modabber Hossain Mia, senior sub-editor of Bangladesh Protidin.

He was awarded the Sufia Kamal medal in 2014-2015 fiscal year for his performance in the Local governance support programme.

He left behind his wife, three sons and will be buried in the family graveyard after his second son returns from the USA within 2-3 days.
