Obituary

Abdul Matin, former chairman of Char Sirta union parishad in Mymensingh Sadar, died due to old-age complications at a Dhaka hospital on Sunday noon. He was 62.

Hailed from Char Anandipur village, he elected UP chairman for two times and is the father of Ashraful Alam, vice-chairman of Mymensingh Sadar.

He left behind his wife, two other sons and was buried in Anandipur graveyard.
