Obituary

Azimudin Ahmad, a former home secretary of the government, died due to a cardiac arrest yesterday. He was 79.
He was the son of Late Khan Bahadur Naziruddin Ahmad, the first registrar of Dhaka University.
His namaz-e-janaza will be held at Azad Mosque, Gulshan-2, after Jumma prayers today.
