Patuakhali man arrested after wife found dead in house

Police recovered body of a woman from her residence on Etimkhana road in the Kalapara upazila on Thursday.
The deceased Manobika Majumder Hira, 28, -- mother of a four-year-old boy -- was a masters student at Barisal Brojomohon College.
Police detained her husband Goutam Mojumder, a homeopathy physician, in this connection.
Officer-in-Charge of Kalapara Police Station GM Shah Newaz said on information they recovered the body, which bore no injury mark, and sent it to Patuakhai General Hospital for autopsy yesterday.
The reason behind the death could be known after autopsy, he added.
