Qulkhwani

Qulkhwani of Niloufer Mahmood, an educationist and social worker, will be held at the capital's Gulshan Azad Mosque after Asr prayers today.

She died on Monday, aged 78, says a press release. Niloufer, widow of late Atiq R Mahmood, left behind a daughter, a son, three grandchildren and eight siblings. She worked for different educational institutions, including Home Economics College in Dhaka. She was a syndicate member of Ucep, and a chartered member of Rotary International.
