SC's iftar for president, PM Jun 27

The Supreme Court authorities for the first time have arranged an iftar party at its administrative building for June 27 in honour of the president, prime minister and speaker in parliament.

Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha already met and invited President Abdul Hamid who consented to attend it, SC sources said.

PM Sheikh Hasina and Speaker Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury were also invited to the programme to be joined by high profile military and civil officials, they added.
