St Joseph School and College team wins water prize competition

A three-member team from St Joseph School and College became the national level champion of Stockholm Junior Water Prize competition-2015 yesterday.

House of Volunteers Foundation Bangladesh, a non-profit students' organisation, and WaterAid Bangladesh organised the competition at Buet. The winning team will now compete in the final round to be held in Stockholm from August 22 to 27 in observance of "World Water Week".

WaterAid Bangladesh also announced "Rain Day" on June 15 as an initiative to reserve rain water.
