Tangail road crash kills 2

Two people were killed when a truck hit another one from behind on Dhaka-Tangail highway at Karatipara bypass in Basail upazila of Tangail yesterday morning.

The deceased was Mamun Islam, 28, of Jamalpur Sadar and Anwar Hossain, 50, of Louhajang upazila in Munshiganj.

Vehicular movement halted on the highway for two hours due to the accident.
