2 drug peddlers held

Police arrested two drug peddlers with 500 bottles of phensidyl in Dhop Pukur area under Shibganj upazila of the district on Tuesday night. The arrestees are Sahbul Hossain, 35, son of Mansur Hossain of Binodpur-Kapratola village, and Mohammad Wasim, 25, son of Harunur Rashid of Koilar Diar in the upazila. A police team, on secret information, raided the area and arrested the duo with the phensidyl, said Shaymol Kumar, sub-inspector of Shibganj Police Station.
