Body recovered

Police recovered the bullet-hit body of an unidentified youth from Bhultia Beel (water body) in Sadar upazila of Chuadanga district yesterday. Asaduzzaman Munshi, officer-in-charge of Chuadanga Sadar Police Station, said locals found the body floating in the water body at around 9:30am and informed the police. The law enforcers then reached the spot, recovered the body and sent it to Chuadanga Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy. A case was filed in this connection.
