Drug peddler stabbed to death

An alleged drug peddler was stabbed to death at Kemtoli village in Borura upazila of the district on Tuesday. The deceased was identified as Amir Hossain, 35, of the village. Nasir Mridha, officer-in-charge of Borura Police Station, said on information, police recovered the body from a field in the area in the afternoon. The body bore 10 injury marks, said the OC. Police suspected that Amir might have been stabbed to death by his associates over sharing the money of the drugs business.
