Man killed by son

A man was killed allegedly by his son at Alitola village in Nabiganj upazila of Habiganj district yesterday. The deceased was identified as Amzad Ullah, 60, of the village. Police said Asad Ullah and his younger brother Sahed locked in an altercation over a family feud. Asad hit his father on head with a bamboo when he came to pacify them. He died on the spot. Police later arrested Asad from the spot.
