One held with Indian sarees

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested a youth with 366 Indian sarees worth about Tk 12 lakh in Sadar upazila of the district on Sunday evening. The arrestee is Mansur Ali, 26, son of Ahmed Ali of Dattagram village in Kulaura upazila. On secret information, the elite force raided Samshernagar area and arrested Mansur with the sarees smuggled from India. Md Belal Hosain Mallik, acting company commander of Rab-9, confirmed the incident.
