Two Jamaat men held

Police in separate drives arrested two leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami in Sadar upazila of the district yesterday. The arrestees are ASM Abdul Malek, 45, secretary of Bogra town unit of Jamaat, and Lutfar Rahman, 50, ameer of Phapor union unit of the party. The two were arrested on sabotage charges, said police. The arrestees were later produced before a court which sent them to jail.
