Zayed Khan vs Nipun: hearing set on November 20

Since the beginning of the year, Nipun Akter and Zayed Khan have been the 'talk of the town', due to their many controversies—in an attempt to become the General Secretary of the Bangladesh Film Artistes Association.  While many probably want to forget all of the drama, no resolution has been reached regarding the post as of yet.

Initially, Zayed was elected to the post of General Secretary, however, the Appellate division terminated the candidacy of Zayed Khan and declared that Nipun would take on the post. The Appellate Division announced that this election was overturned due to allegations that Zayed had bribed the voters.

In response, Zayed Khan served a legal notice to Nipun, for taking over as the General Secretary position. Hearing dates for the case was delayed multiple times, with the current date for the hearing being set as November 20.
