Covid-19: 88 cases recorded in 24 hours, no deaths
At least 88 new cases of Covid-19 were recorded in 24 hours till 8:00 am today (November 4, 2022), said a press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
No deaths from Covid-19 were reported during the period and the death toll from the disease remains at 29,425.
The Covid-19 death rate at the moment is 1.45 percent.
The current positivity rate is 3.25 percent while the total positivity rate stands at 13.56 percent.
With the new infections, the total number of cases rose to 20,35,745, added the release.
A total of 2,706 samples were tested across the country during this period.
At least 441 patients have recovered from Covid-19 within this time.
The total number of recoveries now stands at 19,82,114 and the recovery rate at 97.37 percent, added the release.
