Kala Kendra brings photo exhibition by Hadi Uddin

Kala Kendra is showcasing "Here, For Now", an evocative collection of photographs looking into the lives of the floating urban migrants, living at the edges of the vast metropolitan that is Dhaka, taken by Hadi Uddin.

The artist Hadi Uddin grew up in an atmosphere surrounded by light, studio and photography admirers, as his father is a studio photographer and his childhood consisted of photographic activities. As a fashion photographer, he works with the leading fashion magazines in Bangladesh, and feels that this evokes a unique brand of boredom that is very complex. He has completed three years of professional programme on photography from Pathshala South Asian Media Institute, 2015.

Scheduled for display from 5PM to 8PM until March 22, 2017, the exhibition is curated by Wakilur Rahman, at Kala Kendra, 1/11, Iqbal Road (3rd floor), Mohammadpur, Dhaka -1207, Bangladesh.
