Why is the US-Bangladesh trade deal raising questions?

Just days before Bangladesh’s 13th national election, a trade agreement was signed between Bangladesh and the United States. The country was deep into election rush at that time. Now that the new government has assumed power, questions are starting to emerge over this deal.  Debate regarding the deal is resurfacing as US Supreme Court declared Trump’s tariff decisions on different countries illegal.
