Islami Andolan Bangladesh candidate Mufti Syed Muhammad Faizul Karim has pledged today that his victory would ensure peace, justice, and an end to oppression in his constituency.

Speaking at a roadside rally and public outreach programme in Bakerganj municipal area in Barishal this afternoon, Mufti Faizul told supporters, “Elect me on February 12, and from 13th, you can sleep peacefully keeping your doors open.”

Earlier in the day, a similar street meeting was held on Bakerganj Sadar Road in support of the party’s ‘hand fan’ symbol.

At the rally, Mufti Faizul promised that if elected, there would be no false cases in his area and no one would face oppression or harassment.

He reiterated his commitment to building a corruption‑free society based on the holy Quran and Sunnah, ensuring equal rights for all.

“Not a single taka from public will be misappropriated,” he said.

Islami Andolan Bangladesh central committee member Nurul Islam Al Amin, Islami Chhatra Andolan Bangladesh Joint Secretary Faizul Islam, and other local party leaders were present in his campaign rally and meetings.
