Motor worker electrocuted

A motor worker was electrocuted on Wednesday near Thakurgaon bus stand while working at a garage. The victim was identified as Dhirendranath Barman, 42, son of Kotkotu Barman of Akcha village under Sadar upazila. Locals said, at about 9:00am when Dhirendranath was working at Prodip's garage, he came in contact of a live wire. His co-workers rescued him and rushed him to Thakurgaon Sadar Hospital where the on-duty doctor declared him death.
