It is our national shame that even after 38 years of independence, we could not honour Pundit Ravi Shankar, who along with the Beatles, brought our cry of freedom to the world at large. We can still honour him while he is alive. If the government doesn't take any initiative, can a citizens' group, sponsored by the media, organise this? We in the USA can help you in making such arrangements as he is presently living in San Diego, CA.
