Woman's body recovered

Police on Saturday recovered the body of a young woman from the Surma River near the jetty of Lafarge Cement Factory in Chhatak upazila of Sunamganj district. Police said, locals located the floating body of the unidentified young woman, aged about 20-22, and informed them. Later, police recovered the decomposed body at about 12 noon and sent it to hospital morgue form autopsy.
