Rethink about DST

Do the policymakers know that the salatul Fazar ends at 7:00am now? After a few days it will be shifted 10 to 20 minutes later. Then how is it rationale and possible to start schools by 8:00am and offices at 9:00am? It's simply meaningless! Revert to Bangladesh Standard Time, please.
