Whither UNO?
Following the collapse of the League of Nations, the USA and the European countries established the United Nations Organisation (UNO).
Over the last sixty years we have seen and experienced the anti Asia and anti Africa activities and performances of the UNO. The western countries also set NATO to exercise their military might as and when required without any concurrence of the UNO.
The UNO has, however, armed forces of different countries for posting in some so called 'troubled' countries in the name of UN peace mission.
We are astonished and shocked why UN peace keeping forces are not deployed in Palestine, Israel, Iraq, Afghanistan, Kashmir, Gaza, Jinjiang, Chechenia and some other countries?
We strongly feel and it is imperative that we must have an Asian UN as well as an African UN to check and balance the works and functions of the UNO.
