One gets life for murder

District and Sessions Judge's Court, Narail, yesterday sentenced a man to life imprisonment in a murder case. The convict is Md Nizam Molla, son of late Abdul Malek of village Taltala under Narail Sadar upazila. Judge Md Nazrul Islam also fined the convict TK 20,000, in default, he is to suffer another year in jail. According to the prosecution, Nizam Molla strangled his wife Misiron on the night of March 4, 2007.
