BRACU Youth Festival begins June 16

Brac University will organise a youth festival titled '1st BRACU Inter-University Youth Festival' on its premises on June 16 and 17, says a press release. Vice Chancellor Dr Ainun Nishat will inaugurate the festival. The programmes in the festival include competitions among students in the categories of public speaking, classical dance, light dance, folk song, Rabindra Sangeet, Nazrul Geeti, modern song and free-hand sketching. Around 150 participants from 17 universities will participate in the festival. The first, second and third place holders in every event will get direct entry as participants of Bangladesh in the South Asian Universities Youth Festival, to be hosted by BRAC University in October-November this year.
