Four charged with ntv video editor murder
A Dhaka court yesterday farmed charges against four people in connection with a case filed against them on charges of killing ntv video editor Atiqul Islam in February last year.
The accused are Abdullah Mohammad Ibne Ali Sarkar, Mohammad Khokon, Shakil Sikdar and Forkan.
Judge Fozila Begum of the Second Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge's Court framed the charges against them and fixed October 6 for trial of the case.
The four accused, now in jail, pleaded not guilty and demanded justice before the court after the charges were read out to them.
The court also rejected bail petition of the accused submitted by their lawyers.
