Two Barisal JP leaders expelled

Jatiya Party Chairman H M Ershad yesterday expelled two leaders of Barisal from the party for tarnishing image of the party in a 'planned way' and breaking party discipline, says a press release. They are AKM Martuja Abedin, general secretary of Barisal district unit and councillor of Barisal City Corporation, and Iran Chowdhury, general secretary of Jatiya Jubo Sanghati of Barisal unit. Their primary memberships have also been cancelled, the release said.
