Trial of war criminals demanded

Leaders of Rangpur district unit of Shwechchha Sebak League yesterday demanded immediate trial of the war criminals to free the country from the `stigma'. They said all the anti-liberation forces, including Razakars, Al-badrs and Al-shams, must be tried for the crimes against the humanity during the War of Liberation in 1971. They urged the countrymen to remain alert against all sorts of conspiracies being hatched by Jamaat-Shibir in collaboration with BNP. They were addressing a protest rally on the premises of press club here.
