JPC seasonal fruits festival held
A festival of local seasonal fruits was held at the Jatiya Press Club yesterday.
As many as 25 types of seasonal fruits including mango, guava, kalojam, jackfruit, pineapple, banana and watermelon were seen in the festival. Press club members along with family members joined the festival to have a taste of the fruits.
Acting president of the press club Syed Akhter Yusuf formally inaugurated the festival in the morning. British American Tobacco Bangladesh Finance Director Mark Drain and Press Club General Secretary Kamal Uddin spoke at the inaugural session, says a press release.
