Arms recovered from criminal's den
The army recovered arms, ammunition and various documents from a house at remote Paillabanga of Ramgorh upazila in Khagrachhari yesterday.
Police said acting on a tip-off two teams of army led by Sindukchhari Zone Captain Kamrul and Captain Rajib Risalat raided the house and recovered two LGs, one bullet and a receipt book for collecting monetary contributions.
Police said 'Janatar Muktir Sangram' was written on the receipt book
People who were occupying the house fled sensing the presence of the army. All recovered arms were handed over to Guimara police and a case was filed in connection with the recovery, police added.
