Korean envoy meets DU VC

Taiyoung Cho, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea in Dhaka called on Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Prof AAMS Arefin Siddique at the latter's office yesterday. They discussed the issues of mutual interests, especially, the possibilities of enhancing the joint collaborative programmes between DU and Korean universities, says a press release. They also discussed possibilities of increasing the facilities of studying Korean language course at the Institute of Modern Languages. Director of the Institute of Modern Languages Prof Abdur Rahim was present at the meeting.
