International news
I am a regular reader of The Daily Star, especially the international news and the erudite write-ups. But it makes me disappointed to see that almost all the time the international pages are filled up with a lot of advertisements. Sometimes big pictures of unimportant subjects are posted seemingly to fill those pages only.
As a reader of an English newspaper I always want to know the happenings of the present world around us alongside our country. As I cannot simply afford the expenses of buying the international magazines, The Daily Star is my only window to peep through the vast outside world.
My humble request to you is: please publish more international news and if necessary post those advertisements in other pages. Separate pages for advertisements can also be taken into consideration.
