Health advisor's statement
The recent statement made by the health adviser raised many questions and is totally unacceptable. His comment is opposed to the RTI and violation of the constitution. Article 19 of our constitution states that "the state shall endeavour to ensure equality of opportunity to all citizens". This clearly means that the state shall not be biased in case of creating opportunities.
